Hi - Im Carley, Your Personal Coach.

I am a Certified Health and Life Performance Coach.  I've been successfully coaching clients throughout Durango Colorado and in the Southwest area.  Clients with digestive problems, low energy, low self esteem/ low confidence, and have tried every diet out here that doesn’t work for them. Ditch the Diet for good & learn to trust yourself.   I will work with you and help you bring out the inner strength.  Each person is different.  My coaching is not a one size fits all. We will work together to boost your energy from tired run down days to full of energy.  With the added bonus of loosing a few extra stubborn pounds. Learning to love what your body is capable of and pull out theater hidden potential.  I am a Personal Trainer with the experience to help you move with little or no equipment.  

I am a wife and a mother for 2 wonderful kids.  We love to travel to National Parks, hiking, paddle boarding and being In the mountains. 

I have done every diet out there with great results but nothing lasted.  I was always looking for a new quick weight loss diet.  I thought if I lost weight I would be happier.  You probably have been there too!  I was so very wrong.  It doesn’t start with the scale going down, it starts with having a better relationship with food.  Finding the freedom of not fitting in a box.  Finding what works for you.
