I am a Certified Health and Life Performance Coach. I've been successfully coaching clients throughout Durango Colorado and in the Southwest area. Clients with digestive problems, low energy, low self esteem/ low confidence, and have tried every diet out here that doesn’t work for them. Ditch the Diet for good & learn to trust yourself. I am a wife and a mother for 2 wonderful kids. We love to travel to National Parks, hiking, paddle boarding and being In the mountains.
